As we observed the cheetah in the Northern Serengeti, we were struck by the incredible juxtaposition of its gentle grace and lightning-fast speed. With its sleek, slender body and delicate features, this magnificent creature seemed almost fragile. And yet, we knew that it was also one of the most agile and deadly predators on the savannah. In our art piece, "Gentle and Swift," we chose to focus on the cheetah's stunning face and side profile, using high key black and white to emphasize the beauty and elegance of its form. Our hope was to capture the essence of this remarkable animal and share it with the world.
